To use the Pikum! website, the first thing you need to do is to register an account with Pikum! If you don’t want to register straight away you can still look at the Pikum! site without registering. You can open a FREE PLAY account with Pikum! by choosing a user name and password that is unique to you, and you’ll need to enter other information that Pikum may ask for, such as your first and last name, address, email, and date or birth (there may be other questions you need to answer as well as these ones). To play for real money on your account, you’ll need to complete a second registration form that includes your address and telephone number. If you’re registering to play with real money, you’ll also need to confirm that it is legal in your country for you to do this, and that you are the legal age to bet in your region. You’ll need to ensure that the details provided at registration are accurate and kept up to date. You can change these details at any time by editing your contact information from the My Bank page. Pikum! allows you to sign up on the Pikum! website in order to use the Pikum! services. When you sign up to Pikum!, you’ll need to use your personal email address and provide accurate account information on the sign-up page. Once you have created an account, make sure you keep a record of your username and password in a safe place.
You need to sign up with Pikum! before you are able to enjoy any of the site's features and build your personalised Pikum! profile. You can, however, view Pikums! before you sign up with Pikum. What do I need to do to sign up on this site?
From our sign up page, just provide us with your user name, full name, email address, date of birth, password, security question and answer, country and time zone. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to your personal email address. By clicking on the confirmation link this will complete the sign up process.
I tried signing up but it told me my email wasn’t allowed. How do I sign up?
Pikum! does not allow duplicate email addresses. The email address you have chosen is already in use on the Pikum! website. Please choose another unique email address.
If you received this error message inadvertently, please contact Pikum! by clicking on the contact us on the website and inform us what email address you are attempting to use when regsitering. In addition, please include all of the information below:
-Your Full Name
-Your Date of Birth
-Whether or not you have read and agreed to our
Terms of Use.
When will I be asked for the answers to my security questions?
You will be asked to confirm your security questions for a number of reasons. The questions are your guarantee that only you can access your Pikum! account, and ensure that your details are secure and that no-one else can access your account.
The most likely times you will be asked are:
• If you e-mail us from a non-registered address
• If you use the Forgotten Password option

Why haven’t I been confirmed?
We didn’t forget about you. The confirmation email is probably sitting in your spam or junk folder right now. If you’re still having trouble finding it, we can help you out. Please follow these directions carefully:
1. Click on the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website and give us the information we will need to find your confirmation mail. Please also answer one of your security questions so we can verify your details.
2. Please write your registration email address in the subject line of your message along with the word "confirmation."
3. So your email doesn’t get junked again, select the ‘add sender to safe list’ option under the ‘actions / junk email’ section of your email
Login and Password Problems.
Pikum! prides itself on having a safe online environment. In order to assist us with keeping the site safe, please ensure you use a current email address and keep your password details safe.
I forgot my password.
It’s okay to forget things now and again. You can reset your password by clicking
Forgot Your Password?. If you have forgotten your password then you can go onto the Pikum! Website and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Here you will be asked to enter your answers to a set of security questions. If the questions are answered correctly, then you will be able to choose your own password. If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, contact the “contact centre”.
How do I change my password?
If you are already logged in to the site and would like to change your password you can do so by visiting the My Settings page in the Account section. If you have forgotten your password or it is not working for any other reason and you can’t login to the site, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Your Username or Password” link on the login screen. You will have to correctly answer the security question you set up when you signed up for Pikum! in order to reset the password.
The password reset does not seem to be working.

- Click on the contact us button on the website and enter the relevant information in your mail to us.
- Please write your login email address in the subject line of your message along with the word "password."
Are there any restrictions on Pikum! passwords?
Pikum! passwords must be at least 8 characters long. In order to make your account as secure as possible, we strongly recommend that you use a combination of numbers and upper and lower case letters in your password. No spaces are permitted in your password.
Please select a password that you can easily remember but that would be difficult for someone else to figure out. If you are having problems with your password, you can reset your password by clicking
Forgot Your Password?. You can change your Pikum! password at any time from the My Settings tab of the Account Settings page.
How do I change my contact/login email address?
You can edit your contact/login email addresses from the "My Settings" tab of the Account Settings page.
How old do I have to be to play on the Pikum! website?
You must be 18 or more. No one under the age of 18 years will be allowed to play Pikum!
What promotions do you offer?
Pikum! may offer from time to time complimentary or bonus amounts to be credited by Pikum! into your Account. Such Bonuses may only be used in relation to the services stated, which will be specified when the Bonus is offered to you.
Acceptance of any Bonus shall be in accordance with additional terms and conditions Pikum! may specify in relation to any Bonus offered; and in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and bonus release restrictions contained in the relevant offer.
Offers may be used only ONCE unless otherwise specified. You are not entitled to withdraw any Bonus amounts and you may not remove any real money obtained via a Bonus from your Account without first complying with the applicable terms including, without limitation, any qualifiers or restrictions.
How do I close my account?
You may close your Pikum! account at any time by logging into the Pikum! website and visiting the Close Account page, where you will be asked to authenticate your identity by inputting the following information:
(1) first and last name,
(2) Pikum! username,
(3) date of birth,
(4) the last four digits of your current payment method (i.e. bank account or credit card), and
(5) your email address that is registered on the system. Any failure to authenticate will prevent you from completing the account closure process. After 3 unsuccessful authentication attempts a 24-hour freeze is placed on your account and you will be asked to contact customer service. An email will be sent to notify you that a persistent but unsuccessful attempt was made to change your account status.
During the account closure process, you will be asked to state why you are closing your account, and possible reasons will be listed in a pre-defined drop down list.
When your account is closed, you account details will remain within Pikum!s database, but your account status will be changed to Closed. You may re-open your account by filling in a form on the Pikum! website. To re-open your account, you must provide the Company with the same information that was provided at the time the account was closed.
What do I do if I find explicit, hateful or otherwise objectionable profiles or photos on Pikum !
We don't want any content like this on Pikum!. You can help us out by notifying us of any objectionable profiles. You can anonymously report offensive profile pictures and content by clicking on the “contact us" link. You will be asked to specify the offensive content. Pikum! will review your complaint and will act swiftly to ensure all users comply with our Terms of Use, ensuring Pikum! remains a trusted environment where people can interact safely.
What is the "Remember Me" option on the login page?
Pikum! now allows you to store your login information, making it even easier to start using Pikum! each time you open your browser or return to your computer. If you check the "Remember Me" box, then the next time you visit the Pikum! website your details will already be typed on to the page.
For privacy and security reasons, it is important to leave the "Remember Me" box unchecked when logging in from a public access computer or any shared computer. This feature should only be used on a personal and secure computer that you own.
