This is where all of your personal information is stored. The following information can be found on your profile: sport interests; email; schools/ work info; your interests; and photos. Sports - This is where you update information on which sports you enjoy playing or watching. Schools/ Work - This is where you update your profile with schools that you have attended, and your work history. This makes it easy for friends to find you if they worked with you or attended the same school. Email – your email address Photo –your photo, that can be seen on Pikum! by all players. Basic info – all of your personal information

How do I change my personal details?
It is your responsibility to inform Pikum! of any changes to your personal details that may impact the use of your account e.g. a change of address. If any of these details change, you can go onto the Pikum! website and click on Edit Profile and change your details, as long as you are logged into the Pikum! website. Alternatively, you can contact the Customer Service Centre, where an agent will be happy to amend your details once you have answered a set of security questions.

Pikum! may request documentary proof of identification for changing some personal details, such as physical address, for example.

What is a contact email address and how do I change it?
Pikum! sends all email notifications to your contact email address. Occasionally, Pikum! may need to send important updates to you, so it is critical that this information stays up to date. To edit your contact email address, simply go to the "My Settings" tab of the My Account page. If you enter a new address, you will have to confirm that you have access to that email address before we accept it as your contact email. As soon as you enter the new address and save changes, we will send a confirmation link to that address. Clicking on the link confirms the contact and completes the process. Pikum! will not sell or distribute your Email address to any third party.

Where can I change my profile?
Click on “edit profile” under the community tab on the home page, this allows you to edit the following information: basic info, contacts, personal info, Sport interests, schools/ jobs & picture. You can also add widgets and websites.

Where can I change my display name?
On the home page you will find “Community”. Click on “edit profile” and then click on the “basic” tab. The first name displayed will be “display name”, where you can change your name. THIS IS NOT YOUR FIRST NAME. Now click “save Changes”.

Can anyone view my Personal information?
Only people you have accepted as friends can view your full profile. This means all of your confidential information (email, telephone numbers, and address) is only available to accepted friends.

How safe is my personal information on the Pikum! Site?
Pikum! is committed to protecting your information. We use industry-standard and proprietary network monitoring tools that constantly run on our system in order to prevent security breaches and protect the security of your data.

In addition, Pikum! always posts to a secure page when users are logging in and employs industry-standard encryption. This may not always be apparent from the URL, but you can rest assured that our logins are secure.

Does Pikum! distribute my user information?
Pikum! respects your privacy. We don’t distribute your user information to marketers or spammers. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.

When will I be asked for the answers to my security questions?
You may be asked to confirm your security questions for a number of reasons. The questions are your guarantee that only you can access your Pikum! account, and ensure that your details are secure and that no-one else can access your account.
